Infonum Tours is a student association that organizes events to bring students together, energize each class year, and create lasting memories throughout their higher education journey.

My missions

Role: Events Officer in the association
Dates: April 2024 – April 2025

- Part of a 14-member student association, collaborating closely with 3 Events Officers.

Tasks:

- Organization and decoration of party spaces within budget.
- Coordination with vendors, and planned & animated activities.
- Conducted partnership outreach to enhance event experiences.

Organization of an INTEGRATION WEEKEND (October 2024)

- Find the spot.
- Design and animation of the weekend program for over 120 participants.
- Manage venue selection and decoration within budget.
- Creation of engaging activities for attendees.
- Organization of the catering for 120 attendees throughout the weekend.

What I Learned

Working as part of a team while managing budgets and balancing everyone’s ideas was challenging. I learned to stay adaptable and keep events running smoothly, even when some team members were not fully committed, making it one of the most meaningful and rewarding experiences of my life.

Halloween party

Including bar decoration and coordination of students from all three grades in costume; prizes were awarded to the three best costumes.

Christmas dinner

With over 50 attendees, creating a warm and festive atmosphere.
