Strategy Campaign Competition

A competitive national monitoring challenge pushing creative and strategic thinking.

Le brief

My team and I represented the Tours University Institute of Technology at the 2025 National Monitoring Challenge. We explored how SNCF could enhance the travel experience with innovative digital solutions to promote the 2025–2028 event and boost local tourism.
After several weeks of work, we presented our proposal to five juries and around 100 students, winning second place in the competition.

What I Learned

This project required intense teamwork and long hours of collaboration, often reshaping our work to prepare for the final presentation. Despite disagreements and different ideas, we learned to communicate, compromise, and strengthen our project.
At the end, that experience that boosted my confidence and improved my public speaking skills.
